Her name is Tiana Wilbur, and she resides on the west side of Oahu with her four beautiful boys, whom she cherishes as her treasures. Being a mother has always been her passion, and in the past three years, she has discovered new interests and embarked on new adventures.
Recently, Tiana has stood up for her children and their rights, which has inspired her to run for the State House of Representative for District 45. Although she fell just 10% behind the incumbent, the journey was a phenomenal experience for her, and she appreciates every opportunity to serve the people.
Now, Tiana has taken on the task of serving as a member of the Hawaii Young Republicans, which is an absolute honor for her. She is excited about the opportunity to work together with the team and accomplish great things this year.
JILLIAN ANDERSON
SECRETARY
Jillian Anderson is a proud graduate of Sacred Hearts Academy and the University of Hawaii at Manoa, from which she developed a strong educational foundation and a love for the State she was raised in. Her experience working for our Hawaii State House of Representatives, formerly as a Legislative Analyst and presently as the Chief-of-Staff for the House Minority Policy Leader, has exposed her to the current state of conservatism as well as the vast potentials for growth, especially amongst our youth. In the 2022 election, Jillian ran to represent her home district of Waikiki in our State House. As a member of our Executive Committee, Jillian is eager to aid in increasing the political awareness of our younger generations.
DAN JOHNSON
NATIONAL COMMITTEEMAN
Dan was born and raised on the island of Maui, and has a passion for preserving traditional values and our unique way of life for his family and others. His professional background is in construction as a project manager. He also ran as a Republican candidate for the Hawaii State House of Representatives, District 12 in the 2022 mid term election. As the National Committeeman for the Hawaii Young Republicans, he aims to inspire the next generation and draw in resources to grow the conservative movement in Hawaii’s youth demographic.
ROCKLIN YOUNGSTROM

Rocklin Youngstrom (AKA Rocklin Danielle) is a devout Christian, unapologetic Republican, and patriotic American. Rocklin decided to join Hawai‘i Young Republicans because she believes that the only way change will actually happen is by educating and encouraging our young voters. Rocklin currently represents our Hawai‘i chapter as the National Committee Chairwoman.

DYLAN ANDRION
IMMEDIATE PAST-CHAIRMAN
Dylan & Rachel Andrion are business owners, community navigators, and ministry leaders with a passion for family, creativity, and discipleship. They most recently moved from Maui to the Big Island on a mission to help plant a new church in Kona. Together they provide photography and videography, certified leadership training, and other professional services, traveling weekly with their three children (ages 0-3) to serve their clients on the different islands. In the community, both have served on various boards and commissions relating to culture and public safety. Dylan was elected as the first chairman of the Hawaii Young Republicans in June of 2021 at the first HYR State Convention and stepped down from the role in September 2022 for missions work. Rachel has previously served as HYR Secretary.
